On July 16, 2021 at the Agency on Statistics under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan an expanded meeting of the Board of the Agency on Statistics "On the results of the work of statistical bodies of the Republic of Tajikistan for the first half of 2021 and tasks until the end of 2021" with representatives of ministries: economic development and trade, labor, migration and employment, agriculture, energy and water resources; committees: local development, tax, environmental protection, tourism development, the Customs Service and heads of departments and departments of the central office, the Main Computer Center, the main departments of statistics of the Agency in GBAO, regions and Dushanbe, departments, departments and sectors of statistics of cities and districts republican subordination.
The meeting was opened with an introductory speech by the Director of the Agency on Statistics under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Mrs. G. Hasanzoda. and it was noted that despite the situation in the world, the Agency has been fruitfully carrying out its activities in the first half of 2021.
Then, the first deputy director of the Agency for Statistics Shokirzoda Shodmon presented a detailed report on the results of the state statistics activities for the first half of 2021.
It was noted that in the first half of 2021, 5032 statistical work was completed, including 1103 work on industrial and investment statistics in construction, 1132 work on agricultural statistics and environmental protection, 326 work on financial statistics, 272 work. price and tariff accounting, 407 works on statistics of household budget surveys, 578 works on demographic, employment and social statistics, 777 works on material resources, trade and foreign economic relations and 437 works on transport, communications.
It was also noted that, according to the Statistical Work Program for the first half of 2021, sample statistical surveys of livestock and automobile markets, gas stations, shops, cafes, restaurants, restaurants, cafes, and restaurants are provided. Surveys of all forms of ownership, as well as selling prices for products in the markets, surveys of household budgets, sample surveys of households in the field of crop and livestock breeding were carried out.
During the meeting, reports of a number of heads of statistical departments of regions, cities and regions of republican subordination were heard. From the side of the Agency's management, it was instructed to eliminate the shortcomings in a timely manner.
As a result of the Agency's activities, representatives of ministries and departments expressed their opinion and gave a satisfactory assessment of the work of statistical bodies.
The representative of the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Firdavs Mukaddaszada gave a satisfactory assessment of the activities of the employees of the state statistics bodies and instructed them to collect accurate and reliable statistical data.
The Director of the Agency on Statistics, Hasanzoda Gulnora Kenja, presented specific instructions to all heads of statistical bodies of regions, cities and districts of republican subordination on the transparency of statistical data, especially agricultural statistics, preparation for the 30th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan, instructions on observing sanitary rules on prevention of coronavirus infection, as well as weekly disinfection of the premises of local statistical offices in the regions.
