Within the framework of “Modernizing the National Statistical System Project in Tajikistan”, the Agency on Statistics under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan it is planned to hire a consultancy company for the implementation of the Twinning Partnership.

the AS intends to hire a qualified consultant to support development of the ToR for the Twining Partnership (TP).

In order to ensure the quality implementation of the planned activities for the preparation of the project, the Agency on Statistics under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan will hire a local company/organization to evaluate the HR system for the project "Modernization of the national statistical system in the Republic of Tajikistan".

In order to ensure the quality implementation of the planned activities under the project, the Agency on Statistics under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan will hire a local consultant to develop the Operational Manual for the project “Modernizing of the National Statistics System in the Republic of Tajikistan”.

The M&E Specialist will provide support to the AS in conducting monitoring activities under the project.

The Project Coordinator will provide support to the AS in(i) day-to-day coordination of activities related to the implementation of the project; (ii) interaction with ministries and departments involved in project implementation, (iii) monitoring and evaluating the progress of the project; and (iv) providing support to the AS management in project related matters.
